The 8-Bit Community is an active gaming community of over 1,000 members centered around a multi-instance Minecraft network and live charity events. As Lead Technical Staff, I manage the backend server infrastructure, container deployments, network routing, and custom gameplay plugin development.

1. Containerized Network Architecture
- Docker Orchestration: Provisioned and maintained isolated Docker containers for survival, creative, lobby, and event server instances, ensuring clean resource allocation and rapid recovery.
- Velocity Proxy Routing: Configured and managed a Velocity proxy network to handle player authentication, cross-server routing, and load balancing across game modes.
- Maintenance & Version Migrations: Led server upgrades across major Minecraft releases, profiling tick performance (MSPT) and resolving plugin compatibility bottlenecks.
2. Custom Plugin & Event Engineering
- Gameplay & Event Plugins: Authored, compiled, and deployed custom Java and Kotlin plugins for seasonal server events, custom minigames, and automated firework/light shows.
- Community & Charity Live Operations: Collaborated on the technical design, world setup, and live execution of custom multiplayer events and charity livestreams that have collectively contributed to over $250,000 raised for charitable causes.
