Features

The Almanac Book

The heart of the mod is The Almanac Book, your personal guide to the waters of Orbis:

  • Track Your Progress: Every unique fish you catch is logged with detailed species information.
  • Track Your Stats: Monitor your performance in minigames and view your total historical catches.

Dynamic Minigames

Angler’s Almanac introduces an interactive minigame system where difficulty dynamically scales based on the rarity of the fish on your line.

  • Tension Bar (Stardew-Style): Keep a floating bar centered over a erratic, moving fish icon to secure your catch. More minigame archetypes are currently in active development.

Built for Customization

Engineered with a modular, JSON-driven architecture, this mod is built with server hosts and content creators in mind.

  • Hytale Asset Editor Support: Easily add new custom loot tables and unique fish species without rewriting code.
